What's included?

This 4 day all-inclusive retreat experience is limited to 12 participants and includes:

  • Check-in: Thursday April 21 (1-4pm), check-out Sunday April 24 (10am)

  • Single or double occupancy in a large, private bedroom with attached bath

  • Healthy delicious meals prepared onsite by Chef Cheryl of Real Food Well.  Cheryl specializes in preparing from-scratch wholesome meals that taste amazing and are so good for you!

  • Six practices (yoga poses, breathing techniques, guided meditation, chanting)

  • Six discovery & self-care sessions to guide your inward journey

  • Ample free-time and space to unwind and recharge:

    • Spacious wrap-around deck with gas fire pit & lake views

    • Beautiful hiking trails in nearby State Parks

    • Board games, game room, lawn games

    • Onsite cooking class by Chef Cheryl (included)

    • Onsite massage by Laddavanh (additional charge)

Staying Safe during COVID

Your well-being is my TOP priority.  While life gives no guarantees, we'll take extra precautions to help keep each other healthy on retreat.  

  • All participants must share proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within two days of arriving. (At-home test results accepted)

  • In common areas we'll use Your Time Yoga's Medify Air HEPA 13 Filtration units (tested to remove 99.9% of Airborne COVID-19 & SARS-Cov-2 Particles)



  • If you can't attend due to a positive COVID-19 test, you'll receive a FULL REFUND

About your host

Julie Crossman is an IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor offering the tools you need to feel your best.  She specializes in personalizing yoga for students of all ages, sizes and abilities.  


Yoga was never meant to be “one size fits all”.  Julie teaches you to harness the REAL POWER of yoga by adapting yoga poses and simple breath, movement and intention to support your unique anatomy and needs, so you enjoy more feel-good days and deep-sleep nights.  She makes learning yoga fun and easy for brand-new beginners, and helps you build confidence, flexibility, strength and balance.
