This 4-week series meets in-person at the Your Time Yoga studio on • May 2 • May 9 • May 16 • May 23 Note: Participants of in-person classes must be fully vaccinated & boosted per CDC guidelines. Men's Only Yoga is a fun way to regain the flexibility and comfort you're missing. Let’s face it - achy and stiff is no fun. In this no-frills class you will learn gentle yoga poses (fully supported by props to fit your anatomy) to lengthen muscles, improve spine health and increase flexibility. You’ve heard about the benefits of yoga - now come & see what just one hour a week can do for you! This class is appropriate for all levels of experience, as well as all body shapes, sizes, and ages. Participants must be fully vaccinated to attend in-studio classes. This series is limited to only 5 students so you get the personalized attention you need. Don't miss out, sign up today. Cancelation Policy
Retreat bookings are non-refundable. However, if you can't attend you may invite someone to attend in your place. In the event a Retreat or a specialty/series class cannot be held for any reason, the service will be reschedule or a full refund will be issued. 1-on-1 Private Yoga Therapy can be rescheduled online or by contacting julie@yourtimeyoga.com up to 48 hours in advance All Speciality Yoga Series & In-Studio Yoga are multi-week group sessions with pre-determined dates that cannot be changed or cancelled. To get the most out of the experience, choose experiences that you are able to attend most or all of the sessions. Your subscription to the Online Premium Plan can be cancelled at ANY TIME to prevent future monthly autopays without losing access to Live Online yoga during your last paid month.
