You know that yoga improves fitness, flexibility and balance. But if you're just getting started or you've only practiced in a BIG class, how do you know you're doing it right? In Get Started! you'll get personalized attention in a small class setting to learn: - Yoga breathing and proper alignment for better posture and balance - How to adapt yoga poses to fit you (even with a sore wrist, back or shoulder) - How to step away from the mind's chatter by slowing down and turning inward - Yoga for strength and flexibility - of mind, body, emotions Build a strong yoga foundation to age well and feel your best - without the strain. Perfect for all levels (even beginners), all body shapes & sizes, and all ages. Can't wait to see what yoga will do for you!

Cancellation Policy

Please note: (1) In-studio yoga schedules are set in advance. Be sure to sign up for the option that fits your schedule best. (2) Refunds are not offered. If you are unable to attend and let me know in advance, you may be able to attend another session that has space. (3) Any schedule changes and make-up times due to instructor days-off or training will be communicated in advance.
