What to expect

This series will focus on yoga basics to slow down, tune into something beyond the mind's chatter and influence the efficiency, strength and flexibility of your system (body, mind, emotions, spirit and breath). This 6-week series is limited to 5 students. We meet in-person at the Your Time Yoga studio on Mondays from 10:30-11:30am • April 4 • April 11 • April 25 (skip April 18- Easter Monday) • May 2 • May 9 • May 16 Participants must be fully vaccinated to attend in-studio classes. ~~~ You know that yoga improves fitness, flexibility and balance. But if you're just getting started or haven't had an in-person class for a while, how do you know you're doing it right? In this series we'll start from the start. With expert assistance, you'll learn the proper breathing and alignment to feel your best, as well has how adapt each pose to fit your unique anatomy. Over the 6 week series we'll take it a step at a time so you establish a strong yoga foundation and move efficiently toward improved flexibility, balance and mind-body connection without the strain. ​ This class is suitable for all levels of experience, all body shapes & sizes, and all ages. Perfect for beginners! This series is limited to only 5 students so you get the personalized attention you need.

Cancellation Policy

Yoga Retreat bookings are non-refundable.  However, REST ASSURED if you can't attend due to COVID quarantine requirements AND if you are fully vaccinated and boosted per CDC guideline, your retreat payments (less a $200 Covid cancellation fee) can be applied toward a future retreat or other yoga service. In the event a Retreat or a specialty/series class cannot be held for any reason, the service will be reschedule or a full refund will be issued.  1-on-1 Private Yoga Therapy can be rescheduled online or by contacting julie@yourtimeyoga.com up to 48 hours in advance All Speciality Yoga Series & In-Studio Yoga are multi-week group sessions with pre-determined dates that cannot be changed or cancelled.  To get the most out of the experience, choose experiences that you are able to attend most or all of the sessions. Your subscription to the Online Premium Plan can be cancelled at ANY TIME to prevent future monthly autopays without losing access to Live Online yoga during your last paid month.  To cancel, simply send a note to julie@yourtimeyoga.com
