We start where you are. Little by little, week after week you'll learn how good yoga feels (body, mind and emotions). So you feel stronger. More confident. Fit, flexible and balanced. And begin to see more clearly how far you've come. Limitations? Sore joints? New hip or knees? No worries! You'll learn how to adjust the practice to work best for you. Trust me. You don't have to be young, thin, flexible or know ANY yoga to practice yoga with me! Fit & Flexible is PERFECT for beginners or refining your practice to get all the benefits you need, without the strain.

Cancellation Policy
Private Yoga Therapy can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance - contact julie@yourtimeyoga.com Private Yoga can be rescheduled online up to 48 hours in advance (or by contacting julie@yourtimeyoga.com) Group In-Studio classes, Mini-Retreats and LIVE Online Yoga are multi-week group sessions with pre-determined dates that cannot be changed or cancelled. To get the most out of the experience, choose experiences that you are able to attend most or all of the sessions. Your subscription to the Online Premium Plan can be cancelled at ANY TIME to prevent future monthly autopays without losing access to Live Online yoga during your last paid month. To cancel, send a request to julie@yourtimeyoga.com In the event a Retreat or any yoga event cannot be held for any reason, the service will be reschedule or a full refund will be issued.
