You know that yoga improves fitness, flexibility and balance. But if you're just getting started or you've only practiced in a BIG class, how do you know you're doing it right? In Fit & Flexible you'll get personalized attention in a small class setting to learn: Yoga breathing and proper alignment to improve posture and feel your best How adapt yoga poses so they fit you and any challenges (like a sore wrist, back or shoulder) To slow down and tune into something beyond the mind's chatter To improve the efficiency, strength and flexibility of your body, mind, emotions and spirit This class is a great way to start building a strong yoga foundation to improve flexibility, balance and strength without the strain. A great fit for all levels of experience, all body shapes & sizes, and all ages. Perfect for beginners! or learning if you've been practicing yoga poses the "right way" (what healthy) for you. To get the most out of the experience, choose experiences that you are able to attend most or all of the sessions. Your subscription to the Online Premium Plan can be cancelled at ANY TIME to prevent future monthly autopays without losing access to Live Online yoga during your last paid month. To cancel, send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org Yoga Retreat bookings are non-refundable. In the event a Retreat or any yoga event cannot be held for any reason, the service will be reschedule or a full refund will be issued.
